Every year since 1995 there have been UN climate conferences. Industrialized countries, emerging economies and developing countries jointly negotiate international climate change. So far, a protocol was drawn up in 1997 in Kyoto, which established specific greenhouse gas reduction targets for developed countries for the period from 2005 to 2012..
