Standing at the open public square, a Polish journalist of Kazakh nationality, Balli Marzecova, was peacefully protesting against Kazakh president Nazarbajev’s politics during his stay in Slovakia. Suddenly she was violently taken by Slovak police without a legitimate reason. Although the journalist decided not to sue the Slovak Republic, it is a fact that she was deprived of several human rights.
